|We are so grateful that we are finally able to open our doors to you…we have certainly missed you!
We will continue to have reduced hours – Monday – Friday, 9 am – 2 pm – until traffic warrants longer store hours. We will also be continuing curbside pickup (which our phone customers have found to be very convenient–interesting that we have always offered that courtesy but customers never took advantage of it!) and no-contact delivery. Please use the front door on Fall Street for now. (There’s plenty of parking available as the street is still pretty empty.)
In order to keep both our staff and customers safe during this unprecedented time, we are implementing the following Corona-virus Prevention Plan for in-store visitation:
Sinicropi Florist and Gift Shop will be reopening on April 29th for no-contact deliveries and curbside pickup only. Due to COVID-19 we have made some operational changes to follow NYS policies and ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
Our store hours are Monday-Friday 9-2. Our doors will be locked during these times. To place an order please call the shop (315-568-6345) and if necessary, leave a message with your name and phone number. Someone will return your call as soon as possible to take your order.
You may also place an order through our website at sinicropiflorist.com but because of limited product availability, designer choices will prevail with pricing from $30 – $100. Please trust our staff to design a lovely gift for you at full value. You may specify flowers or plants. We will have our regular selection of mixed vases, outdoor hanging plants and patio pots and new this year—succulent quarantine gift baskets.
Because of the country-wide pandemic and closure of most florists, we will certainly try but may not be able to complete outgoing wire orders at this time.
Please note that staffing will be limited and same day local delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please order a day or two in advance if possible.
We appreciate your patience during this difficult time for our nation and world. We are anxious to get past this and on to a new “normal”—whatever that may be. We are grateful that you continue to place your trust in us as so many have for the past 45 years. Stay safe please!
